About the academy
Where every member learned the craft
Meridian Academy opened its doors in 2016 with a single cohort of twelve engineers and one rule that still shapes everything we do: you learn by building things people actually use.
Today the academy runs four programs across design, engineering, data and product leadership. Each program ends with a client project delivered through the Collective, so the habits our students form are the same ones your team brings to your product.
What makes the academy different
- Small cohorts of no more than 24 students, each with a dedicated mentor.
- Teachers who still practice, splitting their time between the classroom and client teams.
