Harbor Ledger
Built for Northcoast Fishers Cooperative
An ordering and inventory platform that lets 40 fishing crews log their daily catch and sell it directly to local restaurants.

Overview
Northcoast Fishers Cooperative represents 40 small fishing crews that until now sold most of their catch through wholesalers at the harbor. Harbor Ledger gives the cooperative its own channel: crews log what they land each morning, and partner restaurants order directly from that live inventory.
What we are building
- A fast catch-logging flow that works on a phone with wet hands and a weak signal.
- A live inventory that updates as crews land, sell and reserve stock.
- Restaurant ordering with delivery slots, invoices and card payments.
- A cooperative dashboard with daily sales, top buyers and payouts per crew.
Where things stand
Design is signed off, and catch logging and inventory are being built and reviewed in weekly demos with three pilot crews. Restaurant ordering starts next, ahead of a ten-crew pilot in January.
