A live emissions dashboard for a 300-truck fleet, turning raw route data into fuel and carbon reports the board can act on.

Overview

Corvo Logistics operates a fleet of 300 trucks and has committed to cutting its transport emissions by a third before 2030. Fleetline Insights turns telematics and fuel-card data into one trusted view of fuel use and carbon per route, per vehicle and per customer.

What we are building

  • A data pipeline that cleans and joins telematics, fuel and route data every night.
  • An emissions model validated against the fleet's actual fuel invoices.
  • A board-level dashboard with monthly targets and progress.
  • Route-level reports that planners can use to choose cleaner options.

Where things stand

The nightly pipeline is live and the team is validating the emissions model against twelve months of fuel invoices. Dashboard design starts in December.
